3. Desirable Studio with Home Office at Emerald Green by Glenwood Management
4. Elegant Alcove Studio at MiMA by Related
5. Quite interesting Alcove Studio at The Pavilion by Glenwood
6. Attractive Alcove Studio at The Ventura by Related
Since most of the compared properties were similar in terms of building amenities, and not really favoring any particular location, the main choice criteria was the actual apartment layout.
