Busy Rental Season To End

The end of September usually marks the end of the busy rental season in New York City. What follows are more quiet months of fall and winter, during which market activity is mostly driven by forced relocation rather than willingness of people to move. By default, people prefer not to be moving when its rainy or snowy outside (surprised?), and it may be soon, so enjoy this gorgeous weather once it lasts!
If you were on the market to rent during this summer, and were following our site since its inception in June, we hope you had found something of value here, helpful in your search. Perhaps it was a direct listing lead, or maybe an idea on how to furnish your new pad. We are really happy if we were able to help.
We have enjoyed those four months a lot, and it was just a beginning! We have much more in store two wrap up this year, and still consider ourselves in beta release.
