CALL TO ACTION: Please, help us save the lives of children in the Philippines!
Last week we wrote about apartment #9-D at 22 River Terrace, available for rent for mid July occupancy. Line D has, in our opinion, one of the nicest corner 2BR layouts in the building, featuring both southern and western exposures, with direct Hudson River views. The apartment gets tons of sunlight, and enjoys the most beautiful sunsets over the waterfront. So it came by no surprise that, as we have indicated might be the case, it did not sit on the market long, and is now off of the availability list (meaning, it can already be rented, or the rental application process is pending). We have promised to show you how you can furnish the space, so here you have it for future reference:

Now the good news: while #9-D seems to be gone, there is another 2BR at 22 River Terrace reported as available – apartment #7-M. It is also a corner unit, but it is facing north-east instead. Wasting no time, here is our furniture plan for that one:

Note: Both plans are designed with king size bed in the master bedroom and bunk bed in the second bedroom. All furniture are in scale to show you how things fit in the rooms.
