4BR at 1566 Second Avenue – a penthouse triplex apartment, quite a rare find on the Upper East Side. Interesting layout, however, with a quite steep spiral stair case inside, it may not work for everyone. But if the “submarine feel” is your thing, it may be just perfect! Provided set of floor plans was not to scale, and we had to work on each floor separately to resize it for a proper furniture fit, but it is good now. Take a look.
