Studio at Le Rivage features high ceilings, oak strip floors, a mini loft, walk-in closet, and stainless steel appliances. We find 600 square feet of living space* generous enough for New York standards for this type of apartment. Clean rectangle layout makes it easy for furnishing.

* Square footage as represented by the owner in its apartment description. When measured of the floor plan, we received 520 sq. ft (the entire space, measured inside of the outside walls, but including the interior walls). When measured on the outside of everything, we got 618 sq. ft.
